The Site currently comprises a number of fields which are predominantly used as horse paddocks. The Site is surrounded by hedgerow along the eastern, southern and western boundaries, with a mix of fencing, trees and hedgerows to the northern boundary.
Beyond this, the Site is bound to the north and east by residential development and to the south and west by arable farmland.
