Pigeon, together with the Landowners, is bringing forward plans for land to the west of Howells Way, Old St Neots Road, Hardwick.

Our high quality landscape-led scheme proposes approximately 150 new homes, including affordable homes; alongside substantial areas of open space, including areas for children’s play; and sustainable drainage.

The purpose of this exhibition is to provide information about the proposed scheme. We are inviting local residents and stakeholders to comment on how the scheme should be shaped, as the planning process progresses.
